Life Coaching

4 Week Program

The 4 Week Life Coaching Program consists of four 1-hour sessions designed to guide clients through personal growth and transformation.


The program includes:


Session 1: Understanding the client's model of the world, identifying outcomes, and addressing limiting beliefs, emotions, and behaviors.


Session 2: Exploring subconscious communication tools and strategies for transformation.


Session 3: Implementing healing processes, including addressing fears, negative emotions, and creating new empowering beliefs.


Session 4: Setting a vision for the future, establishing boundaries, creating supportive environments, and setting 3-month and 12-month goals.


This program is tailored to help clients achieve clarity, overcome challenges, and align with their desired outcomes.

Neuro TransformationTherapy

6 Week Program

Neuro Transformation Therapy sessions are 90 minutes long.


Neuro Transformation Therapy™ (NTT) , is defined as the science of how to change the way you communicate with yourself and with other people. It works with the power of the subconscious mind to create lasting change and desired results in life.


By aligning the conscious and subconscious mind, NTT enables lasting transformation. It involves using verbal and nonverbal communication to influence thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, both internally and externally, to achieve desired outcomes.


NTT employs:

  • The brain’s ability to change (neuroplasticity)
  • Cognitive behavioral techniques
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Mindfulness Practices


Neuro Transformation Therapy involves these steps:

Awareness: Recognizing limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns.


Understanding: Gaining insights into the origins and impacts of these patterns.


Reframing: Using cognitive techniques to alter negative thoughts.


Practicing: Implementing new behaviours and thought processes in daily life.


Reinforcing: Continuously reinforcing these new patterns to ensure lasting change. (Luke Hawkins)
